Joanna worked in the sales department of a Paper Mill and then moved to a furniture manufacturer. At Hygenius, she is Estimating Team Leader, which involves reviewing tender enquiries, planning the department’s workload to meet return dates and providing task briefs to Estimators.  “I like that no two days are ever the same and there are always interesting challenges to overcome. Outside work, I like to cook and eat out (Thai & Italian are particular favourites!)”
