Hygenius (then WorkSpace Design) worked very closely with the design team at P+HS, Wates, the NHS trust and service users and carers to design, manufacture and install all the fitted furniture.
This included the specialist bedroom furniture such as wardrobes, desks, beds and units. We also fitted out the receptions, treatment rooms, Clean/Dirty Utilities, ADL Kitchens, Café/eating areas and storage rooms.
The project won Best Interior Design in the Patient Environment Class at Building Better Healthcare Awards 2020 and was Highly Commended in the Building Design category, Best Healthcare Development over £10M.
